Demonstration of a Balance without postural observation using the Supraspinatus and Teres Major muscles. Students practice. More about proprioceptive stress release. Description of a posture and demonstration of the associated meridian muscle tests. Students work in couples and observe and write down the unbalances of each posture and test the related muscles without balancing them. Description and demonstration of the postures associated with the Stomach, Spleen, Heart and Small Intestine meridians; test of the associated muscles and students’ practice. The instructor makes a postural analysis of a student, chooses a meridian posture that need to be balanced and applies the adequate correction techniques in front of the class. Review of the meridian postures working protocol. Students working in couples perform the meridian posture balance choosing one posture from the 4 already examined. Observation/demonstration of the postures and related muscle tests of the Bladder, Kidney, Circulation/sex and Triple Warmer meridians. Students’ practice each single posture. Students balance the most visible posture among the 4 above written postures. Observation/demonstration of the postures and related muscle testing of the Gall bladder, Liver, Lung and Large Intestine meridians. Students’ practice. The instructor revise all muscle tests related to each single posture. Students make a final postural analysis and balance the most visible posture.
